Well, we arrived in Dublin this morning at 8:30 am after flying all night (actually it was only 5.5 hours but when you only get about an hour's sleep it feels like all night! Took us an hour to get through the passport line (seven flights just from the states! Yikes!) My cousin picked us up and brought us to the hotel where we dropped off our luggage! Couldn't check in till 3:00 pm. Then we went on "walk-a-bout" to get the lay of the land, so to speak. Oh, and that's another thing, they use a 24 hour clock! Quick, off the top off your head, what time is 16:30? And of course they drive on the left side of the road, the driver is on the right side of the car and they all drive like Boston drivers!!! Thank goodness that when we pick up our car on Sunday, I do not have to come back into Dublin!!! And the walkers are just as bad! They walk very fast, they J-walk and it is very crowded! And, there is a ton of construction going on. I have a Photo Walk scheduled for Saturday night with a professional photographer. It was supposed to be this first night but it was raining and Saturday is supposed to be better! Tomorrow we are doing an all day tour to the Giant's Causeway and Carrick-A Reed Bridge. We'll see what I bring home from that!
